TopHow can I make an online purchase?
1. Make sure that the country selected is the country to which the order should be sent. If it is not, you can select the correct country from the list of countries to which we deliver.
2. choose the products you would like to buy and add them to your camper shopping Bag. Make sure that you choose the right size. You can order a maximum of 5 items at a time.
dispatch times:
in stock: available in our warehouses and dispatched within 24 hours. items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
2 days: awaiting stock in our warehouse. usually dispatched within 2 days. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
1 week: available in our central warehouses. usually dispatched within 1 week. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
3. Throughout the ordering process, you will be able to see which models you have selected by opening your Camper Shopping Bag. Once you have finished choosing your items, simply click "buy".
4. fill out the form, providing delivery and payment details.
5. if your details are verified, the order will be processed correctly and you will be able to see your order confirmation and order number. You will also be sent this information via email.
note: camper strives to ensure that the shoe colours shown on the website are as close to the real colours as possible. However, the exact shoe colour may vary depending on a number of different factors, such as lighting and the quality of the photographs, your computer monitor and other factors beyond our control. If you have any questions about the colour of any of our models, please do not hesitate to contact us.
TopCan I buy Camper shoes over the phone?
If you would rather order your shoes over the phone, you can call our Customer Service Department.
when you call, simply give us the reference number for the model you wish to order (you can find this number on the website in 00000-000 format), the size that you need and your personal details so that we can send the order to you.
TopHow can I pay for my purchase?
Whether you are buying over the phone or via our website, you can pay with a debit or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB), or by Collect on Delivery (COD), depending on the country to which the order is being sent. 1. If you pay using a credit card, the amount payable will not be debited from your account until your order is dispatched. Most banks use this method.
2. If you pay using a debit card, the amount payable will be debited as soon as the order is placed.
3. If you decide to pay on delivery, you must accept the order following the instructions given at the time you make the purchase. Please remember that the order is not confirmed until you accept the purchase and as such the products selected are not reserved until this time.
Your order will be deleted from our system after 3 working days.

In order to make the buying process as safe as possible, Camper uses a "secure payment" system: encrypted data exchange using SSL protocol of up to 256 bits, and direct communication between the customer and the bank when paying with a bank card. In this way, no persons other than those working for "Global Gateway (Corporate)", which is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland, can access the card details.
Camper reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. All customers affected will be informed. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot verify the delivery and invoicing details or we believe that the order may have been placed by the buyer with the intention of reselling the items purchased.

If the model you want does not appear on the website, please contact us providing your name and surname, the reference number of the model required (in 00000-000 format), the size required and a contact telephone number. We will do everything we can to find the model that you want or a similar model so that we can send it to you.

TopHow much does it cost for my items to be delivered?
Delivery costs depend on the number and volume of goods selected and the country to which they are being sent. To find out the exact delivery cost for your order, go to your Camper Shopping Bag. Here you will be able to select from the different delivery options and see how much they cost.
some camper eshop promotions may offer customers free delivery. these promotional offers will be announced at shop.camper.com
TopHow will my order be sent?
Orders can be sent to any address in any of the countries listed in the Camper eShop. Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email with the tracking number and details of the courier company which will make the delivery.
in order to avoid any problems with the delivery (incorrect address, nobody home when the courier calls), you must provide a contact telephone number when you place your order.
all articles purchased through the camper eshop will be delivered by dhl or ups.
TopWhen will my items be delivered?
Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time will be:
eastern us: 1 to 3 business days
western us: 3 to 5 business days
canada: 5 to 7 business days.

When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with a tracking number for the courier company responsible for delivering your items. You can use this number to track the status of your order.

All of our shoes are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for a period of 2 years.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges
TopHow can I cancel my order if I decide that I do not want it?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Please remember that orders are dispatched on the first working day after the order has been placed.
to cancel an order, go to the "my orders" section of the website and enter the order number and the email address used to make that order. The system will show you the details of the order and, if you can see the "cancel" option, click on it to cancel the order. If you cannot see this option, your order has already been dispatched and you therefore cannot cancel it. Once you have cancelled the order you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
you can also contact our customer service department to cancel your order, as long as the order has not already been sent.
if the order has already left our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel it, but you will be able to return the order once you have received it.
TopCan I exchange the shoes for another size or model?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied. If, for whatever reason (size, colour,...) when you receive your order you are not absolutely satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.
in order to return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:
- the item(s) must not be used
- all items must be packaged in the same way in which they were received. if you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.
- the items must reach us before the 30-day period following receipt of the order has elapsed..
If you wish to exchange your shoes for another size or colour, go to the "My Orders" section of the site and enter the order number and the email address used to make that order. The system will show you the details of the order and the "exchange" option. Click on this option, select the model(s) that you wish to exchange and select the "reason for exchange".
different size: once you have selected this option, click on "exchange order". The system will automatically generate a returns number for the product that you wish to exchange as well as a new order for the new size which you have selected.
Different model: Once you have selected this option, click on "Exchange Order" and select the model that you would like to receive in exchange for your original order. The system will automatically generate a returns number for the product that you wish to exchange as well as a new order for the new model which you have selected. When the new order is placed, and if it is processed correctly, the personal details that you provided for the original order will appear.
However, you will have to enter your credit/debit card details again. If you are paying using a credit card, the charge will not be debited from your account until we receive the exchange form. At that time, we will refund the original amount charged and dispatch the new order. If you are paying with a debit card, the amount payable will be debited as soon as you place the new order. When we receive the returned goods we will refund the original amount paid to your account.
Once we have received the returned items, we will send the new size or new model requested, using the same delivery service used for the original purchase and at no extra cost. In other words, you will not have to pay the delivery costs again as Camper will cover the cost of sending the new items. You only have to pay the cost of sending the item(s) back to Camper. We do not accept returned items if the postage costs are not covered by the customer.
when you send us item(s) for exchange, wrap and seal the product(s), preferably in the original packaging, and send the parcel via ordinary registered post to the address shown during the exchange process, or which was included with the original order.

TopHow can I return an order?
To return an order, go to the "My Orders" section of the website and enter the order number and the email address used to make that order. The system will show you the details of the order and the "return" option. Click on this option, select the model(s) that you wish to return and select the "reason for return".
in order to return an item, the following conditions must be met:
.- the item(s) must not be used.
- all items must be packaged in the same way in which they were received. if you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.
- the items must reach us before the 30-day period following receipt of the order has elapsed.
If all of these conditions are met, Camper will refund the cost of the item(s), deducting the initial delivery costs. Initial delivery costs are also non-refundable for orders paid by Collect-on-Delivery. If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing fault or quality issue for which Camper is responsible, we will refund the entire amount paid within 10 working days.
postage costs must always we paid for by the customer. the camper eshop will not accept returned items if the postage costs are not covered by the customer.
